The challenge
Shopify-style tools could support online sales, but the business needed deeper control over store operations, billing, inventory, reports, wallets, referrals, and staff workflows.
Adding POS billing, shared inventory, advanced reporting, or custom operational logic through external apps would have increased cost and complexity while leaving the team dependent on someone else's product boundaries.
The goal was to build a platform around the jewellery business itself: online customers, physical branches, sales employees, stock accountability, and back-office decisions.
Customer commerce
Catalogue browsing, cart, checkout, payment, account, order history, wallet, and referrals.
Branch sales
POS billing, customer lookup, product search, sales representative selection, and in-store orders.
Admin operations
Products, stock, orders, customers, staff, reports, content, roles, and daily controls.
Admin control is the core product
The customer website is the visible layer. The admin system is where the business runs.
