The challenge
The work was not a clean rebuild. We had to understand an unfamiliar live platform, fix unsafe or incomplete workflows, and improve the product inside the existing architecture.
Customer journeys around payments, account verification, purchased assets, invoices, redirects, and responsive media display needed correction before the platform could feel dependable.
The internal CRM also needed stronger client onboarding, sales, quotation, package, invoice, download, reporting, and access-control workflows.
Starting with a complete audit
We classified issues by severity so payment, account, and download risks could be handled before smaller interface corrections.
A clearer customer marketplace
The public platform supports licensed images, video footage, and audio clips through individual purchases and bundled plans.

Standalone and bundle purchases made clearer
Customers and internal teams needed to understand what was purchased, how it was purchased, and what downloads remained available.

Purchase access logic
- Asset or package is purchased
- Payment state and invoice are stored
- Download access appears in the customer account
- Bundle counts update after each download
- History remains visible to customer and staff
