Overview

TSMWA (Tandur Mandal Quarry Owners Welfare Association & Tandur Stone Merchants Welfare Association) needed a centralised digital system to manage day-to-day association operations.

We designed and built a custom internal management system that replaced fragmented manual processes with a structured, role-based, web-based ERP.

The goal was simple: bring all operational data into one controlled, accountable system.

The Problem

The associations were handling multiple operational layers manually:

• Membership approvals and fee tracking

• Vehicle registrations and trip records

• GST-compliant invoicing

• Labour records

• Lease ownership tracking

• Meeting scheduling and communication

Most of this was managed through spreadsheets, physical records, and WhatsApp communication.

There was no unified dashboard. No real-time analytics. No automated reminders.

They needed structure without complexity.

The vehicle module allowed the association to monitor logistics-related activity in a structured way.

• Invoice generation directly from the portal

• GST and e-invoicing compliance

• Dashboard view of dues, approvals, and transactions

The system ensured financial transparency while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Labour Records

• Maintain a digital registry of active labour

This replaced physical labour tracking and simplified reporting.

Lease Management (Quarry Owners)

• Manage lease allotments and ownership records

This created accountability and long-term documentation for quarry ownership structures.

We built a unified admin dashboard that provides:

• Overview of members, vehicles, finances, labour, and approvals

• Notifications for expiring licenses and pending invoices

• Real-time analytics for decision-making

Leadership can now see the operational health of the association at a glance.
